Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of journeyajm.com (the "Site"), operated by AJM International LLC ("AJM", "we", "us"), a Florida limited liability company. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information only

The Site describes our services and shares general information about business intelligence, data management and AI. It is not professional, legal or financial advice, and it is not an offer to provide services on any particular terms.

3. Client engagements

Any services we provide are governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, such as a master services agreement or statement of work. Using the Site, or contacting us through it, does not create a client relationship. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of specific results.

4. Illustrative content

Case studies, dashboards and interfaces marked as illustrative are examples built with sample data. They show the type of work we do and do not describe a specific client or outcome.

5. Team experience

Organizations named in the Team experience section are listed to describe work that individual team members performed in prior roles or through other firms. They are not AJM clients unless the Site says so, and their listing does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.

6. Project scoping assistant

The project scoping assistant on the Site is an AI. It drafts a brief from what you tell it. Its replies and briefs may be incomplete or wrong, and they are not advice, an offer, a quote, a timeline or a commitment. Anything agreed with AJM is set out only in a separate signed agreement. Please do not share confidential information, credentials or personal data with the assistant.

7. Information you send us

Please do not send confidential or proprietary information through the contact form or in an initial email. Information shared before a confidentiality agreement is in place is not treated as confidential. We are glad to sign a mutual NDA before detailed discussions.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, graphics and code are owned by AJM or used with permission. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Third-party names and links

Product and company names mentioned on the Site, such as Microsoft, Power BI, SAP and Salesforce, are trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement, partnership or certification. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it at scale, or submit spam or malicious content through its forms.

11. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). This section does not limit liability under a separate signed services agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
