Privacy Policy
AJM International LLC. Effective October 10, 2026. Applies to journeyajm.com.
1. Who we are
AJM International LLC ("AJM", "we", "us") is a limited liability company registered in Florida, United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect through journeyajm.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, company, work email address, the topic you select and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Project briefs. If you use the project scoping assistant and choose Send to AJM, we receive the brief as you edited it, together with your name, company, work email and your agreement to these terms. We receive nothing from the assistant unless you send a brief.
Scoping assistant conversations. The messages you type to the project scoping assistant are sent through our assistant service, which runs on Cloudflare, to Anthropic, whose Claude model writes the replies. AJM does not store these transcripts. The conversation exists only in your browser tab and ends when you leave or reload the page. Anthropic processes the messages under its own commercial terms and privacy policy. Please do not include passwords, credentials or confidential information.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the services that deliver the Site's fonts and styles may log standard request data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.
Cookies and analytics. The Site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
3. How we use information
To respond to your inquiry and follow up on it.
To scope, propose and deliver services you request.
To keep ordinary business records of our communications.
To protect the Site and contact form from spam and misuse.
To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the Site and our communications. Each receives only what it needs to provide its service:
Web3Forms, which receives contact form and project brief submissions and delivers them to us by email.
GoDaddy, which hosts our email.
Cloudflare, which hosts the Site and runs the service that relays messages to and from the project scoping assistant.
Anthropic, which processes the messages you send to the project scoping assistant to generate its replies.
Google Fonts and the Tailwind CSS CDN, which deliver the Site's fonts and styles.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
5. Who can access your information
AJM team members, including team members located outside the United States, may access inquiry details in order to respond to you and to prepare or deliver work. Information is stored with the service providers listed above, which may process it in the United States or other countries.
6. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to respond, to manage any resulting business relationship, and to meet legal or record-keeping requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing info@journeyajm.com with the subject line "Privacy request". Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with consumer privacy laws, you may have additional rights. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, and we will not treat you differently for making a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send passwords, credentials or highly sensitive data through the contact form or by email.
9. Children
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
11. Contact
