Enterprise technology delivery

From architecture to production.

We work with internal IT and business teams to design, build and deploy production-ready systems, and to support them once they are live.

01
Requirements

Define the business problem, constraints and success criteria with the teams who own the process.

02
Architecture

Design the technical architecture, including integration points with existing systems.

03
Development

Build the platform, reporting layer or agent according to the agreed architecture.

04
Integration

Connect the system to enterprise applications, data sources and APIs already in use.

05
Testing

Validate functionality, data accuracy and performance before anything reaches production.

06
Deployment

Put the system into production with appropriate access controls and monitoring in place.

07
Monitoring

Track system health, data quality and usage once the system is live.

08
Support

Provide ongoing support and iterate on the system as requirements change.

Built for the systems you already use

We build around your existing technology environment.

Most organizations do not need to replace their existing systems to get better data and automation. We integrate with what is already in place, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, finance, operations, cloud platforms, databases, APIs and internal applications.

Representative systems we commonly integrate with include SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, ServiceNow, HubSpot, Microsoft 365 and Azure. This reflects the systems our work typically connects to, not a certified partnership with these vendors.

Working alongside your team

Extend your engineering capacity without replacing your internal team.

Many of the organizations we work with already have an internal IT department. In those cases, we add implementation capacity and work alongside your engineers. We work alongside internal engineers and stakeholders throughout the engagement.

Enterprise security

Designed for enterprise environments.

Security is designed into the architecture from the first sprint. We do not claim certifications or regulatory compliance we have not verified for a given engagement.

Manufacturing

Unifying operational reporting across a manufacturing environment

Existing environment

Management reporting depended on manually consolidated spreadsheets pulled from separate production, inventory and finance systems.

Technical approach

Integrated the source systems into a centralized data environment and developed a Power BI reporting layer on top of it.

Implementation

Deployed on Azure with SQL as the reporting store, scheduled ingestion from operational systems, and role based access for plant and finance teams.

Result

Created a consistent reporting layer and reduced dependency on manual consolidation.

Financial Services

Reducing manual work in month end reconciliation

Existing environment

Month end reconciliation required manual review across several spreadsheets and finance systems, with no shared validation process.

Technical approach

Automated data collection from source systems and built validation rules to flag exceptions for review.

Implementation

Built on Azure and SQL Server, with Power Automate handling scheduled collection and exception routing to the finance team.

Result

Reduced manual reconciliation effort and gave the finance team earlier visibility into discrepancies.

Retail

Giving regional teams a shared view of performance

Existing environment

Store level performance data was reported inconsistently across regions, with each region maintaining its own definitions and spreadsheets.

Technical approach

Standardized data definitions across regions and built a shared reporting layer accessible to every region.

Implementation

Data modeled in Snowflake, transformed with dbt, and delivered through a common set of Power BI reports.

Result

Regional teams now work from the same numbers, reducing time spent reconciling reports across regions.

Logistics and Supply Chain

Improving shipment visibility across a distributed carrier network

Existing environment

Shipment, fleet and customer data lived in separate systems, so operations teams lacked a current view of orders in transit.

Technical approach

Integrated carrier, fleet and order data into a central data platform and built operational dashboards for the logistics team.

Implementation

Built with Azure Data Factory for ingestion, a cloud data warehouse for storage, and Power BI for the operational view.

Result

Gave operations teams a current, shared view of shipment status across carriers.
